Delivery

Once you hit the ‘buy now’ button, and I’ve done a celebratory wiggle of the hips, I’ll head straight to work. When things are ready, I’ll pop them in the post (and yes, I know the collection time of all the postboxes and the mail office in my area). If things are busy, it might take 2 business days to get things in the post. But all items will be send First Class (inside the UK) or via Royal Mail International Standard (if you live abroad).

Shipping Abroad

I’m super sorry about the high costs to send things abroad. Unfortunately, that’s what Royal Mail charges now and there doesn’t seem to be a cheaper option. If you’d like to buy more than one item, let me know, and I’ll combine shipping costs.

Returns

Not quite what you hoped for? I’m sorry to hear this. Just send it back! Ideally within 21 days. And I’ll send you a refund. And if you are a super star, you’d even let me know, what wasn’t quite right, so that I can do better.

Faulty Item

Something not quite right? I routinely check for common problems, but despite wearing glasses, I might not spot everything. So please don’t grumble quietly. Let me make it up to you!
